**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including process flows and data models.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Oracle and Facets modules including Membership Finance Claims and Billing.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Medicare and Medicaid Claims processing.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Identify and resolve system issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business system analysis.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Oracle and Facets modules including Membership Finance Claims and Billing.
- Have a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims processing.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining system documentation.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be capable of conducting system testing and validation.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve system issues.
- Possess experience in providing training and support to end-users.
- Show proficiency in project planning and management.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Facets Certification

**Facets System Implementation**

**Job Location**:Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Coimbatore

**Introduction**

**Experience: 3-12 years**

**Responsibilities**
- To analyze and understand requirements, design, develop, unit test and document test results for Facets/FACETS interfaces development tasks.
- Exposure to FACETS/FACETS data model, FACETS core batches & SQL &.Net skills required.
- Hands on experience in FACETS claims & Enrollment
- FACETS system implementation role to analyze and understand requirements, design, develop, unit test and document test results for FACETS interfaces and reports development tasks
- Exposure and basic understanding of core FACETS functions such as claims, membership, and provider would be desired along with working knowledge on underlying data models.
- This role will also require effective coordination/communication as required to get technical clarifications/questions sorted out with onsite teams for a quality deliverable and support system integration testing done by testing teams.

- Mandatory Experience
- Should have a domain exp in Healthcare & FACETSwith System implementation and production support.
- Should have a technical experience in C# (or) Dot net with SQL (or) MS SQL (or) PLSQL
- Should have expertise in Agile process and capability to work individually and target for quality deliverable.

**Facets Configuration**:
**Introduction**

**Experience: 3-12 years
**Responsibilities**
- Should have hands on experience in Product or benefits configuration with Networx skill set
- Exposure on pricing will be a added advantage.
- Exposure and basic understanding of core Facets functions such as claims, membership, and provider would be desired along with working knowledge on underlying data models.
- This role will also require effective coordination/communication as required to get technical clarifications/questions sorted out with onsite teams for a quality deliverable and support system integration testing done by testing teams.
