We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our organization as Chief Business Transformation Officer. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our business, its challenges, and opportunities, while identifying areas for transformation and growth.
- Cultivate an outside-in mindset by continuously researching and analyzing market trends, customer insights, and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformative initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders
- Harness the power of technology and data to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage, ensuring they are at the heart of our decision-making processes.
- Implement robust data analytics capabilities to provide real-time insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, identifying and implementing customer-focused solutions to enhance our value proposition and drive customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving successful business transformations and delivering measurable results - at least 15 years work experience, with a strong technology background (Engineer from a premier college, followed by MBA from a premier institute)
- Strong expertise in leveraging technology and data to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges, while identifying innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
