Our receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet and welcome Clients and providing adequate information on their queries/Services.
- Answer incoming phone calls as & when required.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Product order and keep inventory of stock
- Assigning service to service providers
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Maintain attendance register, leave details, petty cash expenses
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical duties.
- Manage a team of 8-10 people

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office And Mail system
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good written and excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi & Bengali preferred)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Good organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- University/college degree is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role will be an added value
- **Team handling experience will be an additional advantage.**
