**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Interpret and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.
- **Quality Inspections**: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Testing**: Utilize measurement tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, etc., to verify product dimensions and properties.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Investigate quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold and improve quality standards.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement quality control measures to improve product reliability.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO and other relevant quality frameworks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar role (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and measurement instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
