Job description

Competencies:
1. Must have excellent multitasking, attention-to-detail, organizational and interpersonal skills with high energy and creativity.

2. Strong desire and natural ability to deal with people.

3. Ability to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment while also working independently and being self-motivated.

4. Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive information.

5. Written and verbal communication skills, social media expertise as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are essential.

6. Strong analytical, IT and administrative skills including experience in portal maintenance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
1. Envisioning and executing relationship strategies for exemplary alumni relations under the general direction of the management at Universal Education.

2. Organizing and coordinating events and activities such as alumni functions, alumni publications, fundraising, recognition and awards, reunions, alumni and/or student relations, and other special events and services throughout the year at regular intervals

3. Providing staff assistance to Alumni Association committees and alumni groups, as assigned.

4. Co-ordinating with Portal/web/Marketing teams for creative, collateral and content

5. Promoting and fostering effective alumni relations through continuing written communication and personal contact with constituent groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
