*Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals.
*Ability to work on own initiative.
*Should have strong sourcing skills in field hiring, Campus hiring & Bulk hiring.
*Convincing skill, people management.
*Maintaining data base.
*Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
*Should be able to communicate in the local language.
*Mass recruitment; Blue-collar hiring.

Job Responsibilities:
*On field hunting for FSE.
*Visiting different areas as per demand.
*6 days on field.
*PTJ (Pending to Join) Calling.
*Coordination with onboarding team from all location.
*Daily updates on the FSE hirings.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
