**Job Title: Graphic Design & Video Editing Trainer**

**Location**: Bathinda, Punjab

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,500 per month + Retention Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on graphic design and video editing.
- Teach students the latest software and techniques, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Create and manage a structured curriculum that covers both basic and advanced levels of design and editing.
- Provide hands-on guidance to students during practical sessions, ensuring they gain proficiency in design principles, video production, and editing workflows.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the training program.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training materials and methodologies.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their full potential and prepare them for industry challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design/editing software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in teaching or training is a plus.
- Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.
- Creative, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
