**Role Overview**

The Store Salesman plays a **key frontline role** in ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers, maintaining attractive product displays, and achieving store sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers politely and professionally.
- Explain product features, health benefits, and usage ideas to customers.
- Promote and upsell jaggery products, bhaji, superfoods & seasonal items.
- Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-organized product displays.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
- Manage stock levels on shelves and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow proper hygiene, dress code, and store discipline.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and sales-focused attitude.
- **Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of smartphones, POS systems, and digital billing.**:

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, simple apps, or Excel for daily tasks.
- Basic math and billing knowledge (POS machine or manual).
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Knowledge or interest in healthy & traditional food products is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; higher education preferred.
- Prior experience in **retail / FMCG / grocery / sweet shop** is a plus.
- Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome.

**Compensation**
- Competitive monthly salary (₹12,000-₹15,000 depending on experience).
