- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution.
- **Order Processing**:
- Process client orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and prevent recurrence of issues.
- **Client Communication**:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their inquiries, orders, or resolutions.

- Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems or databases.
