We are currently seeking a Learning Technologist II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Learning Technologist II at ICON, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of digital learning solutions to enhance training quality and engagement. Your expertise will be critical in driving innovative learning experiences and leveraging technology to support organizational learning objectives.

We are currently seeking a Learning Technologist II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Learning Technologist II at ICON, you will lead the development, testing, and maintenance of various reports to support compliance monitoring, and other needs, for the business. Your expertise will be critical in driving innovative analytics and leveraging technology to support organizational objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Creating and managing reports to support business needs.
- Administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms to ensure smooth operation and accessibility.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for reporting anomalies, resolving complex issues as needed.
- Researching and implementing emerging technologies to continuously improve learning experiences and engagement.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in educational technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) assignment and due date functionality.
- Experience with CSOD Reporting 2.0, Power BI, MS Forms and LMS administration, with a strong understanding of compliance metrics.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on creating learner-centered solutions.
