Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the restaurant, bar, and room service.

2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.

3. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest queries.

4. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

7. Participate in wine, beverage, and menu training to enhance knowledge and skills.

8. Meet sales targets and promote hotel services and amenities.

**Requirements**:
1. 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required.

3. Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) an asset.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Physical stamina to lift trays, stand for long periods, and move quickly.

7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
