**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently to ensure smooth workflow within the B&L team.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and report on delinquency management processes to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to bankruptcy cases within the mortgage loan sector.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications for audit purposes.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Contribute to team meetings with insights and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Support the team in achieving overall business objectives through diligent work.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Show a keen understanding of delinquency management processes within the mortgage loan sector.
- Exhibit knowledge of bankruptcy procedures related to mortgage loans.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks and changing priorities.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in Advanced MS Excel or Data Analysis is required. Certification in Mortgage Loan Processing is a plus.
