Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and other departments as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for department heads
- Assist with document preparation, including reports, memos, letters, and presentations
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies, ensuring availability of required materials
- Monitor office maintenance needs and liaise with service providers
- Maintain up-to-date administrative records and departmental logs
- Support internal communication and distribution of company policies and notices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
