**Job Title: Customer Service Officer**
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with tact and diplomacy, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with the relevant teams.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
