**Work Profile**:

- Acquire new customers in the allotted areas.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers.
- Assist customers with resolution of queries.
- Key contact for the customers.
- Documentation of newly acquired customer.
- Initiate Important activities on time and scheduled response to customers.
- Perform as key contact point of clients dealing with routine activities with range of our services and products.
- Travelling in rural areas required to acquire new customers and maintain relationship with the existing customer base.
- Identifying new area/location for business penetration.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers in the allotted areas for various loan products.
- Pre-disbursement training to customer.
- Performing collection activity with efficiency.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross selling.
- Capable to manage portfolio quality with good repayment on allocated portfolio to the employee etc.
