- **Brand Management**:Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity for the healthcare facility, including messaging, visual elements, and tone of voice across all marketing channels.
- **Content Creation**:Producing engaging content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and case studies to educate patients about healthcare services and build credibility.
- **Website Management**:Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the healthcare facility's website to optimize user experience and lead generation.
- **Social Media Marketing**:Managing social media platforms to engage with potential patients, share healthcare information, and build community
- **Patient Acquisition Strategies**:Implementing strategies to attract new patients, such as referral programs, online appointment booking, and targeted outreach to physician networks.
- **Performance Tracking and Analysis**:Monitoring marketing campaign performance using key metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize future strategies.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals**:Working closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to understand their expertise and incorporate it into marketing materials.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to healthcare industry regulations and ethical standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical terminology, patient needs, and current trends
- Proven marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and writing skills to develop compelling marketing content
- Analytical skills to interpret data and measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Project management skills to execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including healthcare providers and marketing staff

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
