Job Description - In-person Trainer (Foundation Courses, Grade 6 to 12)

**Position**: Foundation Course Trainer
**Location**: Pallavaram
**Mode**: In-person Training
**Grades**: 6 to 12

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Foundation Courses** (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology) for Grade 6 to 12 students.
- Prepare students with **conceptual clarity** and build strong fundamentals for **competitive exams (NEET/JEE/Foundation Olympiads)**.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice worksheets aligned with the curriculum.
- Conduct **interactive classroom sessions** ensuring student engagement.
- Monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators and management to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum.
- Mentor students and motivate them to achieve academic excellence.

**Requirements**:

- **Teaching experience** with middle school and high school students preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Willingness to travel (if required) and conduct in-person training sessions.

Desired:

- Experience in **Foundation/NEET/JEE coaching**.
- Tech-savvy, able to use digital tools for teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
