We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

IT Professional with around 8+ years of experience in Implementation of Oracle Fusion as a Techno Functional Consultant.

I am having excellent ability to learn, deliver in a very short period and work on multiple projects with excellent communications skills.

Interacted with clients during the Implementation process, Involved in Requirement gathering, understanding current business process and mapping with Oracle cloud and Application.

Worked on Fusion HCM modules with the versions Release 9, Release 10, Release 11, Release 12 and Release 13.

Good working experience with Fusion HCM Extracts & Incremental HCM Extracts.

Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL), Payroll Batch loader (PBL), File based loader (FBL) and Spreadsheet data Loader (HSDL) this includes the Workforce structure data, Worker data, Work relationships data, Salary info, Elements, Element Entries...etc.

Good working experience with Fusion BIP Reports.

Good experience in handling of Support Issues.

Proposed and implemented lot of Business Solutions every time which will makes the HR tasks much easier.

Good working experience in EDQ (Enterprise Data Quality) Tool.

Basic experience in Fast Formulas

Good experience in RTF, E-Text & Excel Templates.

Good knowledge on Fusion Payrol
