We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern with a passion for content creation and performance to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence through engaging and captivating content across various social media platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop both your creative and performance skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and compelling multimedia content, including images, videos, graphics, and animations, that align with our brand's messaging and target audience.
Generate innovative ideas for original content that resonate with our followers and promote audience engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content campaigns and initiatives.

**Performance and Engagement**:Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates, to assess the effectiveness of different content types and strategies.

**Live Performances and Events**:Participate in live streaming sessions, webinars, and virtual events to engage with our online audience in real time.
Showcase your talent and perform in creative ways to captivate and entertain our followers during live sessions.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with the design team to ensure that visual content maintains a consistent and appealing brand identity.
Work closely with the social media manager and other team members to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media studies, performing arts, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in using various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and YouTube.
- Demonstrated creative skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with performing in front of a camera and engaging with an online audience.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
