Organize and oversee the creation and maintenance of architectural designs and drawings.
- Organize and oversee the creation and maintenance of interior and landscape designs.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of all architectural-related documents and records.
- Produce approval and presentation drawings for clients and stakeholders.
- Obtain approval from the CEO for all design work.
- Select appropriate materials for architectural needs.
- Schedule, delegate tasks to, and lead the design team.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the design team members.
- Verify that all designs comply with building regulations.
- Ensure that the site adheres to the approved designs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
