**Summary**:
The Outsourcing Coordinator is responsible to manage and coordinate externalization demands to product suppliers in ARD by collecting demands from project management team and coordinate with the third party. The position incumbent is responsible to maintain harmonies between the NCE and NBE units in their domain of responsibilities. The Outsourcing Coordinator can also be accountable to lead several optimizations in their area of responsibilities ARD and to manage the different interfaces related to outsourcing.

**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Acts as SPOC for designated CROs
- Manages coordination tools (e.g. Master file, SharePoint XLS file for routine testing)
- First point of contact for OOE/OOS, deviation, issues, compliance with defined process, and CoA availability
- Acts as interface between analytical project teams, SME, RA CMC and CRO; e.g. spec. setting, validation strategy, supervising batch selection and relevant tasks follow ups
- Ensures timeline tracking and coordinates communication/presentation.
- Defines process steps improvement in alignment with the corresponding SME.
- Involved for site visits, if possible, provide feedback and compile observations for critical metrics, for EPM team, LU management etc.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in functions with exposure to analytical development at Novartis or at similar functions in other companies
- Analytical background and experience in analytical development & Drug Development process
- Experience in Outsourcing management
- Excellent project management, organization, planning skills.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and idea generation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of HSE and GMP standards, systems and processes.
