**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Counselling and Admission**:

- Provide guidance to prospective parents and students about our school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand the needs and expectations of prospective parents.
- Facilitate the admission process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with parents.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents and students.
- Respond promptly to queries, resolving concerns and providing solutions.

3. Enrollment Goals:

- Work collaboratively with the enrollment team to achieve admission targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive admissions and meet enrollment goals.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective parents, students, and admission data.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Sunday Operations:

- Work on all Sundays to support the enrollment team's 7-day operational schedule.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

4. Availability: Ability to work on all Sundays and flexible hours as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
