In depth understanding in SAP concur expenses
- Actively be part of functional and business requirements for concur implementation
- play a key role in the implementation of Concur, including system configuration, user training, and change management.
- Resolution of queries raised by team members and work closely with project team /IT team for resolution
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Experience in report building using cognos reporting tool
- Collect, analyze, and compile data related to expense reporting and in particular to Concur tool
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize expense reporting processes.
- Stay updated on global policies, regulations, and best practices related to expense reporting and Concur.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful Concur deployment across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Concur-related issues.
- Provide guidance and training to new team members on concur tool and
- Participate in hypercare support,post Go live activities and resolve issues within defined SLA
- Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with T&E experience
- 2-14 years of experience in SAP Concur
- SAP Concur certification is added advantage

**Eligibility**
- Good Communication skills
- Indepth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense
- Ability to lead end to end concur implementation, testing and support project
- Should have experience in at least 1 end to end implementation.
- Logical thinking and problem solving

Min 1 years relevant experience in Concur implementation & deployment (associate (2-4 years) & Senior associate (4-7 years)

Min 5 years relevant experience in Concur implementation & deployment (process specialist (9-16 years)

ERP Migration is mandatory from a Travel & Expense field (Any ERP is fine - Concur, Chrome river, Appzen)

SAP is a must for Process Specialist

Education : BCOM, MCOM,MBA, BBA, BBM (from accounting field)

Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days work from office)

Shift Time - 2 pm to 11 pm (during the month end - 4 pm to 1 am)

NP :30-45 days

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
