**Job Title**: CA Article Trainee

Deepak Madan & Associates is welcoming proactive and committed CA Article Trainees to join our audit team in South Delhi. This opportunity is tailored for aspiring CA professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in auditing, compliance, and financial reporting. As an Article Trainee, you’ll work closely with senior auditors and contribute to real-world audit engagements, developing a strong foundation in audit practices and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support planning and execution of audit assignments across a diverse range of clients.
- Conduct detailed substantive testing and analytical review procedures on financial data.
- Research current auditing and accounting standards to ensure compliance on client engagements.
- Assist in drafting financial statements, ensuring they align with established accounting standards.
- Engage with clients to gather financial data, address queries, and streamline communication throughout the audit process.
- Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in clients’ financial procedures and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit activities, following confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with senior team members on audit reports, recommendations, and documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
- Currently enrolled or willing o enroll in CA Articleship, with completed or ongoing CA Inter (IPCC).
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and auditing principles.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Applicants based in Delhi or Gurugram with reliable access to the South Delhi area.
- CA Inter students who are enthusiastic about practical learning in auditing and accounting.
