**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on higher education options, especially MBBS programs in foreign countries.
- Provide detailed information on university selection, eligibility, entrance exams, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
- Evaluate students' academic backgrounds and goals to recommend the best universities and programs.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, online or in-person, to understand students' needs and career aspirations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in international education, including changes in admission procedures, scholarships, and visa regulations.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and events to provide information about studying abroad and address student queries.
- Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to the company’s growth by increasing student outreach.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education counseling, especially for abroad admissions.
- Strong knowledge of MBBS programs abroad, including country-specific education systems and university admission processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student cases and manage relationships with students and parents.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
