**Key Responsibilities**
- Capture candid and cinematic wedding moments with creativity and precision.
- Operate professional cameras, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Collaborate with photographers, editors, and the creative team to ensure seamless coverage.
- Maintain consistent quality in framing, lighting, and composition.
- Travel to wedding venues and locations as per event schedules.
- Manage and back up raw footage promptly after shoots.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in wedding videography or related field (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and stabilization gear.
- Strong understanding of cinematic framing, lighting, and movement.
- Ability to work in fast-paced wedding environments with a flexible schedule.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots.
