Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Associate to join our fast growing team.

You will be part of a team responsible for tele calling to reach out to customers who have newly signed on to the platform. As part of your role, you will need to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience, highlight certain pre-requisites, educating the customer on usage and associated limits and connecting the customer to the business development team should there be any queries. You will also track all calls & activities, enter call notes, and assign them out to the appropriate resource.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Reach out to all customers who have registered/signed-on via a tele - calling activity
- Deliver information on Sign Up pre-requisites, usage limits and best practices via phone
- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and queries, if any, are passed on the Business Development team
- Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
