**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, brand values, and objectives.
- Conceptualize and design unique and original logos that represent the client’s brand identity.
- Create multiple logo concepts and iterate based on client feedback.
- Develop cohesive brand guidelines that complement the logo design.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, innovative, and aligned with current design trends.
- Present design concepts and communicate the rationale behind design choices.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure the logo is integrated seamlessly across various platforms and media.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on logo design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of logo designs and branding projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Creativity and a passion for design and branding.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a design agency or similar environment.
- Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with animation and motion graphics.
- Understanding of printing processes and production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
