**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate alerts to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Follow-up with ISP and other vendors to resolve the issues.
- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
- Willing to work in a 24X7 environment
- Escalate unresolved incidents according to enkompas' specific SLA's.
- End User system /Application/Printer support

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Proficiency in English and good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of help desk software and remote control
- Hands on experience Windows 10 OS.
- Basic server 2012 /2016/2019 domain /Active directory environment knowledge
- Basic understanding of Backup solutions and Anti-Virus solution monitoring
- Minimum 1 to 3 year experience working in a Windows environment
- Good Communicator: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self - Motivated: Must work independently to meet strict SLA and project deadlines, while providing timely updates to Management when necessary.
- Degree or Diploma Holder
- Having A+, N+ or any Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
- Willing to relocate to Mysore
