Ayu has created a curated network of 120+ hospitals in Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bengaluru and Hyderabad (And expanding fast) at every price-point to give reliable & affordable medical services (consultations and surgeries) to its customers. - ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- Explain Patients on Reimbursement process via Call.
- Should Convince Patients on the process and clear their queries smoothly.
- Proficient with medical terms & systems.
- Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines
- Understanding of Customers Behavior and Act accordingly
- Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols
- Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain Turnaround time of processing cases
- Requirements:_
- At least 6 Months or 1 Year experience in Voice process.
- Super good in Customer Queries handling & Conversion.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good customer service/relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Outbound Calls Daily 70 to 100.
- Adjustable to Flexible working timings & shifts.
- Proficiency in English with 2 additional Regional Languages.
- Immediate Joiner

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
