**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Model Building**: Design, develop, and refine machine learning models using PyTorch or similar frameworks tailored to specific project requirements.
- ** Data Analysis**: Investigate training datasets to identify anomalies, biases, or data quality issues, and implement improvements to optimize model performance.
- ** Feedback Loop**: Create and manage a feedback mechanism to gather user input, enabling continuous retraining and optimization of the models.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, specializing in machine learning and model development.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms.
- Proficient in Python, with experience in relevant libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
- Experience in identifying and addressing issues in training data.
- Familiarity with common neural network architectures like architectures like Transformers, GANs, VAE, RNN, CNN, etc.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to diagnose data-related issues and enhance model accuracy.
- ** Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with a full stack developer, focusing on model development while other team members handle infrastructure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with MLOps.
- Familiarity with model evaluation methods in production environments.
