Our Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Counselor to join our dynamic team. As an Immigration Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to individuals navigating the complex immigration process. If you are passionate about helping others, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid understanding of immigration laws and procedures, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' immigration needs and eligibility.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as USCIS and consulates, on behalf of clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure ethical conduct throughout the immigration process.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Offer counseling and emotional support to clients during challenging immigration processes.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, when necessary, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and case progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in law, immigration studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Immigration Counselor or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in languages, especially English, Punjabi is highly desirable.
- Certification or accreditation as an Immigration Counselor is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
