Autocad Trainer

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Autocad Trainer to join our team and provide comprehensive training to our employees. As an Autocad Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs that enhance our employees' skills and knowledge in Autocad software.

**Responsibilities**:
Design and deliver Autocad training programs to our employees, including beginners and advanced users.

Develop training materials, such as manuals, videos, and presentations, to support the training programs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and adjust them as necessary.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees who require additional support.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Autocad software and incorporate them into the training programs.

Collaborate with other trainers and department heads to identify and address training needs across the organization.

Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience developing and delivering training programs.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Bachelor's degree

Autocad certification is a plus.
