**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Finance team in a real estate company. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative work, managing financial records, and helping with reports and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the calendar, meetings, and travel for the Finance Head.
- Keep track of financial documents, payments, and reports.
- Help prepare financial reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Coordinate with other departments and external contacts (banks, auditors, etc.).
- Maintain records of expenses, payments, and budgets for real estate projects.
- Follow up on pending payments and collections.
- Organize and file important financial documents and agreements.
- Support with audit, compliance, and funding-related tasks.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business (MBA or CA Inter is a plus).
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of finance and real estate operations.
- Good with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
