We are launching a brand-new Indian restaurant in the beautiful port city of Vladivostok, Russia, and are looking for a passionate and experienced Head/Main Cook who can bring authentic Indian flavors to life. You’ll be the soul of our kitchen, responsible for crafting high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and leading a small culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of North and South Indian dishes (veg & non-veg) with consistent taste and presentation

Design and develop the menu (with owner's input)

Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen activities

Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards

Handle ingredient sourcing, inventory, and kitchen supplies

Train junior kitchen staff when needed

Willing to relocate to Vladivostok, Russia

Ability to work independently and with passion for quality
