**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging phonics lessons to students.
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience teaching phonics to young learners.
- Strong understanding of phonics principles and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Flexibility to work 3 days a week.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in phonics instruction.
- Experience working in a similar educational setting.
