**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations based on client requirements, content, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all presentation decks are on-brand, consistent in style, and meet the client's expectations.
- Design slides that balance creative visuals with easy-to-digest information (graphs, charts, and text).
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand the objectives, target audience, and key messaging of each presentation.
- Gather content and feedback from clients to ensure that the presentation aligns with their vision.
- **Custom Graphics and Illustrations**:

- Create custom graphics, icons, and visual elements to enhance presentations and convey complex information more effectively.
- Convert data and text-heavy slides into visually engaging designs, such as infographics, diagrams, and custom illustrations.
- **Template Creation and Standardization**:

- Design and maintain custom PowerPoint templates to streamline the design process for recurring client needs.
- Ensure templates are flexible yet consistent in terms of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- **Presentation Optimization**:

- Optimize images and graphics for smooth PowerPoint functionality and fast load times.
- Ensure that presentations are optimized for various platforms and devices (e.g., large screens, projectors, and online viewing).
- **Quality Control and Revisions**:

- Review and proofread presentation decks for quality, accuracy, and consistency before final delivery.
- Make revisions and adjustments based on client feedback while ensuring the overall quality remains high.
- **Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality presentation decks.
- Prioritize and adapt to changing client needs and requests.
