Location-Ahmedabad
**About the role**
- Greet clients and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies
such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
- Oversee some aspect of the account.
until they commence their course.
- Participate in status meetings and functions as well as liaise with other Educonnect
department and team members as required.
- Report to Country Manager Ahmedabad.
- Continue enhance Knowledge of Test Preparation, Australian education systems and
enrolment processes
- Develop rapport and trust to cultivate ongoing professional relationships
- Ability to focus, self-manage and time manage
- Enhance the learning and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
