**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Architect & Interior Designer** to join our dynamic design team. This hybrid role requires a creative professional who can seamlessly integrate architectural thinking with interior design expertise. You’ll be involved in projects from concept development to execution, working on residential, commercial, and/or hospitality spaces that are functional, timeless, and visually inspiring.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop architectural layouts and detailed interior plans.
- Create conceptual designs, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation decks.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor.
- Prepare and coordinate construction drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
- Ensure all designs meet codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation during execution.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or both).
- 3-7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.).
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing both architectural and interior work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green materials.
- Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects.
- Familiarity with FF&E sourcing and budgeting.
