**Role Overview**:
The TGT Computers teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in computer science to students from [grades/class levels]. The role includes developing curriculum plans, fostering digital literacy, and ensuring students achieve their academic potential while staying abreast of technological advancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Learning**:

- Plan and deliver lessons on computer science topics like programming, web development, algorithms, databases, and IT fundamentals.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement a computer science curriculum aligned with the institution's academic standards.
- Integrate modern technological tools and software into the teaching process.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide guidance to students in academic and extracurricular IT-related projects.
- Identify and address individual learning needs.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Prepare and submit reports, lesson plans, and assessments as required.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest educational and technological trends.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Familiarity with web development tools, databases, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of educational software and tools.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum [X] years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
