Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Align campaigns with overall business objectives and client requirements.

Campaign Management
Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
Foster collaboration across departments and encourage creative problem-solving.

Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs, create detailed reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Client Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Deliver strategic recommendations and adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role (experience in digital marketing sales is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with digital marketing terms and services is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Fluency in Hindi, English(local language proficiency is an advantage).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
