Trainer- Tekla

**Position: Trainer - Tekla and/or SDS2** **Industry**:Structural Steel Detailing **Location**: Navi Mumbai and/or Jalgaon **Qualification** : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma-Mechanical /Civil with Minimum 3 years experience in Tekla and/Or SDS2 Software training. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Collect "Training Need Forms" from Office Manager/Regional Head, specifying training topics, and coordinate with HR for organizing training sessions. - Schedule and arrange training programs considering faculty and employee availability. - Evaluate employee performance through exams (online, verbal, or written) and provide feedback. - Maintain records of training sessions and track the progress of employees. - In case of external trainers, arrange them on priority. - Keep a record of training skills and experiences within the organization. - Introduce new employees to available resources in the TF library. - Conduct QA/QC audits at the Head Office and branch locations. - Create and modify Tekla/SDS2 templates, reports, and auto connections to improve modeling efficiency. - Resolve software issues, customize drawings and connections, and ensure smooth functioning of the software. - Stay updated with new software versions and updates, introducing these to the team. - Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. - Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and tools for effective training. - Eagerness to stay updated with the latest techniques in training and software tools. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS tools is a plus. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Comfortable with travelling and staying at other branch locations when required. ** Immediate Joiner would be preferred** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - Teaching: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
