RJ14 Sports and Events is seeking driven Affiliates to spearhead the sales efforts for our diverse range of courses, competitions, outings, and career counseling services aimed at children, youth, and adults.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell our courses, competitions, outings, and career counseling services.
- Identify and target potential clients, including schools, social organizations, clubs, interest groups, and corporate companies.
- Leverage various online platforms, social media channels, and online forums to expand outreach and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of sales, preferably in the education, events, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting education, sports, and personal development initiatives for all age groups.
