**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **detailed 2D drawings, plans, and elevations** for civil and interior projects.
- Develop **3D models, renders, and walkthroughs** to visualize designs effectively.
- Collaborate with **architects, engineers, and site teams** to ensure design feasibility.
- Modify and update drawings based on **client requirements and site conditions**.
- Ensure compliance with **industry standards, dimensions, and structural guidelines**.
- Coordinate with the **procurement team** for material selection and specifications.
- Maintain project **design documentation and version control**.
- Assist in preparing **presentation drawings** for client approvals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma/Bachelor’s degree** in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other design software**.
- Experience in **both 2D drafting and 3D visualization** for civil and interior projects.
- Strong understanding of **building materials, design aesthetics, and construction techniques**.
- Ability to **interpret architectural and structural drawings** accurately.
- Excellent **creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills**.
- Effective **communication and teamwork abilities**.
