
Opd Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and guide patients/attendants at the OPD front desk.
- Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and coordinate OPD appointments and follow-ups.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide necessary information to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist in billing and documentation at the reception desk.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience in hospital/clinic reception or OPD desk preferred.
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital software preferred).
- Friendly personality, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
Pay: ₹9,363.08 - ₹12,448.91 per month
