**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in developing and updating course syllabi, materials, and assessments to ensure they align with industry standards.
- **Student Assessment**: Create and grade assignments, exams, and projects to evaluate student performance.
- **Classroom Management**: Conduct regular classes and practical sessions, ensuring a disciplined and productive learning environment.
- **Mentorship**: Provide academic support and mentorship to students, helping them understand concepts and develop practical skills.
- **Technology Integration**: Use innovative teaching methods and integrate technology to enhance the learning experience.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Continuously assess the learning process and provide constructive feedback to students for improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in programming languages, software development, or related domains are an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
- Familiarity with digital tools used for online teaching (Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle, etc.).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Teaching Skills**: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to students with varying levels of understanding.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in part-time or adjunct faculty roles.
- Experience in curriculum development or academic coordination.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible working hours based on the class schedule, typically during weekdays or weekends, depending on course demand.
- The position requires approximately 10-15 hours per week.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation will be competitive and based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹900.00 per day
