**Role & responsibilities**:

- Develop and provide consultancy to customers for sales.
- Coordinate and help customers in the classification of outfits as per the event/occasion.
- Assisting them during trials.
- Involvement in visual merchandising of the store.
- Achieve individual/ store sales targets.
- Adherence to policies, systems and procedures.
- Maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service.

**Required skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Understanding how to leverage customer behavioural, lifestyle, and demographic data.
- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, colour schemes, fabrics, and designer labels.
- Awareness of art, design, and fashion history.
- Business skills such as marketing, networking, and time management.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Well organized.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence the decisions of customers.
