Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, booking webinar slots, following up with
attendees, and checking their interest in counseling sessions with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book webinar slots.
- Follow up with clients who have confirmed their availability for the webinar.
- Engage with clients post-webinar to assess their interest in counseling sessions with the sales

team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide necessary details regarding the webinar and counseling sessions to clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure quality interactions with clients.

Requirements:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English is and Hindi, or any regional language.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
