**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing creative setup. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and bring MSME brand ideas to life through optimal design.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design brand collateral across social media, digital, and print platforms
- Edit reels and short-form videos aligned with current social media trends
- Create mood boards, brand kits, and visual assets
- Work across industries like F&B, travel, music, and lifestyle
- Collaborate closely with the founder to brainstorm, strategize, and execute creative ideas
- Stay updated on design, editing, and social trends to keep our content fresh and relevant

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
- Strong command over graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing and reel creation
- A sharp eye for design, layout, and detail
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and visual storytelling
- Someone who’s excited to be part of a nimble and growing team with room to experiment and grow
