**Job Title**: B2B Field Sales Executive - EdTech

**Location**: Banashankari, Bangalore

**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Experience Level**: 0-1 year

**Education**: MBA (preferred)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **B2B Field Sales Executive** to join our EdTech sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with institutional clients, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets. This role is ideal for ambitious graduates who want to kickstart their career in the high-growth education technology sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (schools, colleges, training centers, corporate L&D teams).
- Pitch EdTech products and solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and product demonstrations to drive client engagement.
- Maintain and expand client database through research, cold calls, and networking.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
- **Education**: MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-1 year in sales, business development, or internships in a similar domain.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle client interactions confidently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Passion for EdTech and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
